Antique Shunt Steampunk Frankenstein's Lamp By Ovdiem

Victorian Handmade Steampunk Frankenstein Lamp By Ovdiem. One off design, pure Victorian steampunk scientific industrial lamp.

Made with antique portable shunt, and antique brass and wooden inverter. Resting on ash wood that has been burnt with torch to darken its colour. Vintage thermometer gauge that shows the room temperature. Copper pipes connected to the thermometer and the lamp, both stabilised with brass pipe clips.

Fully dimmable orange small lightbulb installed on shunt, and a larger filament e27 lightbulb to the left. Antique style hand braided main's wire.

Antique style brass lamp holder, with on and off switch wheel. Measures around 30 cm high with lightbulb, and 37cm long and 15cm wide. You can place any lightbulb you desire as long as it's a screw fit e27. This lamp can be displayed both sides or even hung on the wall. The lamp pipe is flexible and so is the thermometer gauge.

Please have a look at the last photograph for more details. All of the external wires are aesthetic only and they don't have any power on them, it's perfectly safe to touch all of the brass parts on lamp l, they're all decorative items without live electricity.
